segue texto de um trabalho que fiz este fim de semana para Inglês: Special places, special feelings… If there is a place that reveals the deeper part of me, “S. Martinho do Porto” is that one! Since I was 4 years old, my family had a Holidays House (or should I call it Home?) at a small and not crowded beach, S. Martinho do Porto. The shell shape of the beach makes the difference and makes also the ambience. Every year, as summer time begins, we start to made plans for that special summer. Every year we meet the same people. It was like we had the school friends and the summer friends! It was, always, the best part of the year, full of rituals: the made that brings the brunch in the afternoon, the beach games, the fog in the morning, the coffee shop street in the evening, the mum’s fashion competition, and so on. Years after our youth, my old brother married with an American girl and, when they came, for the very first time with her parents, they decided to stay a few days in S. Martinho do Porto. It was amazing how we spread the feeling to my sister-in-law: she is completely in love with the small village! Now, every year they came to visit the family, we rent a big house to spend 3 or 4 nostalgic days, remembering the old good times!
